Quotes from Michael Jordan had a reason why they exist. He was not born successful but had to make to make himself successful. He was not born a champion, but had to make himself believe he was born a champion, and on top of that he had to prove that his purpose was to prove that he is a champion. Being a Champion even containing a championship is something you always have to earn, no question unless a game is rigged which I am sure we do not want especially me. The Story Of Michael Jordan was quite a journey as it wasn't just what he did in the NBA but what he also did before making his way into the NBA.
So As Michael Jordan was born in North Carolina he tried out for the high school Basketball team as a Sophomore and was aiming for making the Varsity Team, well unfortunately he didn't make the team not because he was not talented enough but because he was short and a fellow friend of his who was a sophomore was the only sophomore on the Varsity Basketball team. Michael Jordan did stood out on the Junior Varsity Basketball Team becoming a scoring sensation. Junior and Senior he played on The Varsity Basketball team eventually leading him to becoming the McDonald's All American and on top of that leading him to begin his College Basketball Journey in The University of North Carolina Tar Heels.
As Michael Jordan Played College Basketball and excelled as a Freshman and even won ACC Freshman of the Year and on top of that, made a game winning shot against future NBA Star Patrick Ewing. The Shot as Michael Jordan declared was an impact in his basketball career. As he made the decision to declare for the draft as Michael Jordan ended up drafted on The Chicago Bulls.Where he indeed won championships on The Bulls, but however before the championship journey started he had to endure some rough seasons before the Championship journey really began and well his rookie year was a wild success, as he was voted in the All Star Game getting the most votes much to the Chagrin Of Isiah Thomas and other veteran players. The Team had a subpar 38-44 record but still made the playoffs but did suffer a series loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. Even Had a short season as he played 18 games but still recovered for the playoffs, despite all that The Celtics swept the Bulls and even overcame Jordan's 63 points in game 2 of the series. He Had a bit of improvement the next season getting 40 wins for his team but for himself he scored 3000 points in a single season tying the record made by Wilt Chamberlain, and even getting 200 Steals and 100 blocks. But despite the accomplishment they were still Swept by the Celtics. The next 3 seasons they advance further in the playoffs but then Kept getting eliminated in the Playoffs by the Pistons as they face their biggest Roadblock and Kryptonite.
1990 Arrived and As Horace Grant and Scottie Pippen improved and even Phil Jackson joining the Bulls as the new head coach, the team developed a new system and even into a competitive dynasty that they were aiming for. As once again they get past the first and the conference semi-finals they end up once again facing the Pistons in the conference finals but they did get their revenge sweeping the Pistons. As they finally went to the finals they face the LA Lakers against a Magic Johnson and James Worthy led team. The Bulls beat the Lakers in 5 games and Low and behold the dyansty finally began. As he won 2 MVP awards in his career he finally won his first NBA Finals MVP award which was an emotional moment. The Next 2 years of the dynasty run he end up winning 2 more NBA Championships completing the 3 peat as they did beat the Portland Trailblazers and then the Phoenix Suns as the third team they beat in the Finals.
As Jordan midway through the 1994-1995 season he did return to playing basketball after a 2 year hiatus but his team did get knocked out by the eventual Eastern Conference Champions Orlando Magic. With the will to get another Championship, and even frustrated by the playoff series lost he decided to train harder and prepare more intensely for the NBA season with also the addition of Dennis Rodman they returned with a huge vengeance as they made a furious start and even aiming for a sensational record breaking season as they made the strongest record breaking season finishing 72-10 and on top of that he was the Season MVP and even All-Star Game MVP, and even the finals MVP after Beating The Seattle Sonics in 6 games. Which began a reboot of their dynasty season.
The next year The Bulls went on the similar start but fell short of another 70 win season on top of that Michael Jordan fell short of the MVP Award as he got out raced by Karl Malone. They still won a second NBA Championship and even in game 5 where Michael Jordan scored 38 points despite having the Flu, which displayed a ton of perseverance and resilience. It showed playing sick is one of the toughest things to be able to execute. Michael Jordan won the third and final NBA Championship with the Bulls as in 1998 he overcame a tough game 7 against the Indiana Pacers and on top of that even face a tough NBA Finals where he faced The Utah Jazz and even overcame a tough 6 game series.
Seeing How Michael Jordan overcame so much and battle through the toughest obstacles throughout his playing career it really explained his quotes especially "I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed." Seeing even the toughest challenges, even in the beginning of his career and even injuries before reaching the dynasty level it really shows you cannot give up and think the other side of the struggle and even the other side of shortcoming will be success and even accomplishments because you never know what can happen and even resilience and perseverance can deliver a major reward. Facing failure and learning from your failure can build success and even just trying so many different things can produce so much.
